The prayer made by the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider his claim for grant of dependent employment.

The facts of the case in brief is that, the father of the petitioner namely Mohd. Safique Alam working as a Guard with the respondents died in harness on 31/05/2013. The petitioner and his family members have been
since then pursing their claim for dependent employment with the respondents and which till date has not been finalized. 3.
Given the limited nature of dispute which the petitioner has raised this Court is of the opinion that, let the respondents No. 4 & 5 consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of dependent employment in the light of the provision of NCWA applicable and an appropriate decision be taken within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
Let the petitioner bring to the notice of the respondents No. 4 & 5 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 5.
