1. The petitioner only claims that the petitioner has prayed for transfer on medical grounds to the District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon, however, the same is not been considered till date.

Without any observation of the merits of as to any right of the petitioner, it is directed that the respondent No.3 before whom the application is filed, may consider the application of the petitioner within a reasonable time. It is made clear that this Court has not observed any opinion on any vested right accrured in favour of the petitioner.
