1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Mahuda Middle School, Patan, District Durg to Government Middle School, Jatadaah, Block Daundilohara, Distt. Balod. He would further submit that the petitioner is residing at Raipur and the place of posting is 15 km
away and the husband of the petitioner is also working at Raipur, therefore, as per the transfer policy of the State the husband & wife are to be kept in the same place. He would further submit that the several letters and representations are filed before the different authorities, however, the same is not bee decided, therefore, transfer being made in the mid session which is against the transfer policy, the same may be canceled.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents.
4. There is nothing on record to show that the husband of the petitioner is posted at Raipur and the children are studying at Raipur and it is only on the basis of the averments made in the representation, the submission has been made. However, taking into the language of the representation, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation in this regard before the grievance redressal committee within a period of 15 days and the committee in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
