The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 25/10/2018 passed in WPS No. 7025/2018.

The modification sought as regards the status of the petitioners No. 4 & 5 where inadvertently they have been reflected as Lecturer (L.B.) whereas they are infact Teacher (L.B.) and thus the counsel for the applicants prays for suitable modification of the order.

Not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands allowed.

The order dated 25/10/2018 passed in WPS No. 7025/2018 stands modified to the extent that the status of petitioner No.4 Chandrabhuwan - Mandle and petitioner No.5 Sharad Kumar Baghel shall be read as - Teacher (L.B.) instead of Lecturer (L.B.).

With the aforesaid observation, the instant MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

Let a copy of the order passed in this MCC be made part of the record of WPS No. 7025/2018.
