On the last date of hearing, this Court has directed the State counsel to seek instructions so far as convening of review DPC is concerned.

The counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 submits that, the DPC shall be convened at the earliest and the difficulty arose was in the light of the administrative development that took place. 3.
Given the fact that the respondent No.2 submits that the review DPC shall be convened at the earliest, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the Writ Petition pending. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 to ensure that the review DPC be convened at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
