Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of bringing this petition has been served after passing of order dated 27.02.2019 in Contempt Case No. 1121/2018 of the same parties. Therefore, with this observation, the petition may be disposed off.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that their petition has become infructuous as the charge-sheet has been filed before the Court against the respondent and he is facing the trial. 4.
The order passed in the Contempt Case No. 1121/2018 vide order dated 27.02.2019, has a direct bearing with the prayer made in this petition. 2.
Consequently, on the basis of the submissions made by both the parties hereinabove, the petition is disposed off.
