Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is physically handicapped to the extent of 50%, which would be evident from Annexure P-2, which shows that the petitioner is suffering from osteoarthritis. He further submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Government J. P. Verma College, Bilaspur to Government Navin College, Jatga, District Korba, the transfer order so effected in respect of the petitioner may be stayed. 2.

Perused the documents connected to this petition. Annexure P-2 shows that the petitioner is suffering 50% physical disability issued by the competent authority. In view of this, without any observation on merits, it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation with the aforesaid document

so that her case may be considered by the competent authority on the humanitarian ground with sympathy.

3. It is observed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make such representation within a period of two weeks, which may be decided within a further period of 60 days by the competent authority. Till the decision is arrived at, the transfer order dated 05.10.2018 in respect of the petitioner may not be given effect to.
