1. Grievance of the petitioner is that by order dated 08.11.2019 the petitioner has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Services Project Masturi, District Bilaspur to Integrated Child Development Services Project Khandsara, District Bemetara.

2. It is contended that initially the petitioner was transferred to Bilaspur from Surajpur and she took the charge on 26.08.2017 and within a short span of time, she has again been transferred to another place. It is further contended that the petitioner is also under treatment in the Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur; therefore, transfer of the petitioner may be canceled.

3. Perused the documents. Considering the same, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation within a period of 15 days to the Grievance Redressal Committee and the Committee in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
