1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's wife is posted at staff nurse at Community Health Centre Kosa Nagar Bhilai, District Durg and the petitioner has filed an application for transfer to a nearby place on 06.07.2019, however, the same has not been considered. The petitioner contends that the petitioner is presently posted at Government Higher Secondary School Chhachhanpahari, District Rajnandgaon. Learned counsel further placed his reliance on order passed by Coordinate Bench in WPS No. 3333 of 2016.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has only requested for his transfer so that husband and wife can be posted at same place, as and when occasion arises for shifting the petitioner from the present place of

posting, the department shall also keep in mind the policy of the State Government of keeping the husband and wife together as far as possible, subject to administrative exigency. The respondents shall decide the petitioner's representation as early as possible.
