1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from P.H.No.50 Ganiyari, Tahsil Takhatpur to P.H.No.18 Kodgaar, Tahsil Pendra. Subsequently, the petitioner has been relieved on 25.10.2019 and thereafter he has filed an application for consideration before the Collector on 05.11.2019 (Annexure P-4) and the same is not being considered.

2. Perusal of the document shows that the petition was filed on 19.11.2019, by the time, the petitioner already stood relieved on 25.10.2019. Therefore, under the circumstances, since the petitioner has already filed

a representation wherein certain averments have been made including the medical grounds, the Collector is directed to decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
