1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation in the year 2016, till date his retiral dues have not been finalized by the Department.

2. Considering the limited nature of grievance which the petitioner has raised i.e. for a direction to the respondents to consider releasing of the retiral dues, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner so far as his retiral dues are concerned. If the petitioner is entitled for the same, it should be released to him forthwith preferably within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
