1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not declaring the results of the petitioner of the B.Ed Course that the petitioner had undertaken from the respondent No.2 College in the academic session 2017-18.

2. According to the petitioner the results were not declared only on the ground that practical marks were not sent from the college to the respondent No.2. The petitioner along with his pleading in the writ petition has enclosed documents dated 01.3.2018, 3.12.2018 collectively marked as Annexure P-4 which would reveal that the respondent No.2 in fact had conducted the practical examination and

other internal assessment and have forwarded the marks to the respondent No.1 University Authorities and further action if any has to be done at the end of the respondent No.1.

There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.1 in spite of the notice having been issued long back and since more than 30 days have lapsed treating it deemed to have been served, this court does not intend to keep the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.1 is directed to immediately scrutinize the claim of the petitioner so far as declaration of results of B.Ed Course is concerned that the petitioner has undertaken from the respondent No.2 College within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent No.1 so far as order passed by this Court is concerned. Respondent No.1 is further directed to take all necessary instructions from the respondent No.2.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
