1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is working as Project Officer has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Project, Rajpur, District Balrampur to Integrated Child Development Project, Wadrafnagar, District Balrampur, which is about 100 km.

2. It is contended that the petitioner has transferred to Rajpur on 04.10.2018 by Annexure P-2 and she has also 1 1⁄2 years of service left; consequently the transfer has been done within a short span of time and at the fag end of the service career. Considering the same, the transfer of the petitioner may be considered/ canceled.

3. Perusal of documents. Perusal of Annexure P-2 shows that the petitioner was transfered from Jashpur to Rajpur on 04.10.2018 and thereafter again she has been transferred after about a year to the another place. Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 60 years and earlier she was transferred to the present place of posting on 04.10.2018, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of three weeks and the Committee in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then, the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
