Heard on application for restoration of M.A. No.76 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 29.11.2018. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 29.11.2018 passed in M.A. No.76 of 2017 is recalled. Consequently, M.A. No.76 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
