1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who had initially joined as a Guruji to the State subsequently was absorbed as Shiksha Karmi on 30.09.2011, however, she has not been given benefit of seniority and the revised pay scale. It is stated that other similarly placed persons have been granted seniority and revised pay scale, however the petitioner have been deprived without any reason. It is stated that application has been filed, therefore petitioner's case may be considered. Petitioner further prays that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file a representation which may be directed to be decided so that right of the petitioner can crystallized.

2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the petitioner claim that she has been initially appointed as a Guruji and subsequently was absorbed as Shiksha Karmi on 30.09.2011, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent No.4 & 5 alongwith necessary documents within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation is filed same may be decided within a further period of 90 days.
