1. The dispute seems to be in respect of annual elections held by the respondent No.3.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there have been a large scale of irregularities in conducting of the elections in the previous years and in this regard they have already approached the Registrar, Firms and Society i.e. respondent No.2.

3. The petitioner wants a direction to the respondent No.2 to take appropriate steps and direct the respondent No.4 for proper verification of records and to conduct the elections in accordance with the by laws governing the field.

4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.2 is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner which they have raised by vide Annexure P-4 and pass appropriate orders or appropriate steps be taken in accordance with law.
