Shri Vipin Tiwari, Advocate for the respondents. Alleging non compliance of the order dated 16.05.2019 passed by this court in WPS No.1852 of 2019, the present contempt petition has been filed.

The direction of this court was to consider the claim of the petitioners so far as grant of benefit of Kramonnati is concerned. The respondents now after entering appearance have filed Annexure R/1 dated 17.10.2019 whereby the respondents have, on due consideration, found the petitioners not entitled for the benefit of Kramonnati.

In view of the order dated 17.10.2019 passed by the respondents, this court is of the opinion that the direction of this court has been complied with. If at all if the petitioners are aggrieved of the order dated 17.10.2019, the only recourse available to the petitioners would be that of filing fresh writ petition challenging the said order. Reserving the right of the petitioners for the same, the contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceeding.
