Learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant No. 1 would submit that civil suit filed by the plaintiff is pending consideration since 15.05.2015 and there is no substantial progress in the trial and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the civil suit expeditiously as it is pending since 15.5.2015 and keeping in view the provisions contained in Order 17 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
