On due consideration, the application is allowed and the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned. MCC No.7/2019 1.

This is an application for restoration of MCC No.1024/2015, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated

23.12.2015.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and MCC No.1024/2015 is restored and consequently WPL No.197/2014 is also restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of 15 days from today.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within 15 days, this order shall lose its efficacy.
