1. Counsel appearing for the respondents appearing enters appearance and submits that order passed by this Court stands duly complied with.

2. According to the counsel for the petitioner the interest has been paid belatedly.

3. Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that interest payable to the petitioner to the amount of Rs. 5,261/- has also been released to the petitioner vide order dated 27.01.2020.

4. In view of the said submissions, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. Though, counsel for the petitioner submits that for the entire amount, they have not suitably compensated by way of interest. This objection of the petitioner cannot be accepted in view of the specific order passed by this Court on 09.01.2020 wherein this Court has specifically held that for the amount which was released to the petitioner on 25.11.2019, it shall not carry any interest.

5. Given the aforesaid facts, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Respondents are discharged from contempt proceedings. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
