On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 11.11.2019 passed in WPS No.6191 of 2017 is recalled. Consequently, WPS No.6191 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
