1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Ekikrit Child Development Project, Kharsiya, District Raigarh to Ekikrit Child and Development Project, Batuli, District Surguja.

2. It is contended that husband of petitioner is also posted at Sakti, District Janjgir Champa near Kharsiya and according to the transfer policy of the State the husband and wife has to be kept in the same place.

3. Perused the documents.

4. Perusal of the documents would show that husband of the petitioner is also posted at Sakti, District Janjgir Champa near Kharsiya. Considering the same, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation within a period of 15 days from today, and the same shall be decided by the respondents within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the transfer order of the petitioner shall not be been given effect to if the petitioner is not relieved till date.
