Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 22/11/2019 Heard.

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Office of Assistant Direcotr Fisheries, Bemetara to Office of Assistant Direcotr Fisheries, Gariyaband vide order dated 23.08.2019. The petitioner contended that the petitioner has undergone bypass surgery in the month of June 2019 itself and therefore on the medical ground the transfer of the petitioner from Bemetara to Gariyaband may be cancelled.

3. Considering the fact that the transfer order is dated 23.08.2019 and almost

4 months have passed therefore at this stage I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order, however, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondents canvassing all the averments which shall be decided in accordance of law.
