1. This revision petition has been brought praying for setting aside of the order dated 22.8.2019 (Annexure-A/1) passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bemetara, District-Bemetara in Criminal Case No.1249 of 2018, confiscating the seized property i.e. Royal Enfield Bullet Motorcycle bearing registration No. CG28-H-4982.

2. By the order dated 22.8.2019, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bemetara has ordered for confiscation of above mentioned property along with other properties and seizures.

3. On perusal of the documents filed by the applicant, it is found that an appeal under Section 454 of CrPC has been filed before the Sessions Court, Bemetara, which came to be registered as Criminal Appeal No. 67/2019 and the same is pending for disposal. Thus, it is apparent that

Page No.2 this revision is filed at a premature stage, which cannot be entertained at this stage. Hence, this revision petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned appellate Court concerned to dispose off the appeal itself as expeditiously as possible.
