The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 27/11/2018 passed in WPS No. 7692/2018.

The modification sought is to the extent that, in the cause-title of the order, the name of the petitioner has been wrongly reflected. 3.

According to the counsel for the applicant, the name of the petitioner is Ramkumar Ratre whereas in the certified copy, it has been typed as Rajkumar Ratre and thus prayed for appropriate modification.

Not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands modified to the extent that, in the cause-title, the name of the petitioner shall be read as Ramkumar Ratre instead of Rajkumar Ratre.

Let a copy of the order passed in this MCC be made part of the record of WPS No. 7692/2018.
