This revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.08.2019, passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bemetara, District - Bemetara (C.G.).

It is submitted that the impugned order was challenged in Criminal Appeal No.68 of 2019, before the Sessions Judge and that appeal has not been decided so far, therefore, appropriate order be

On perusal of the documents filed along with the petition, it is found that the concerned case in which the seizure of the property has been made, on which the applicant is placing claim has already been disposed off on 22.08.2019.

It is found that appeal under Section 454 of Cr.P.C. is pending, before the Sessions Judge and before the disposal of said appeal, this criminal revision has been filed, which is not maintainable at this stage, therefore, this petition is not fit to be admitted, which is dismissed accordingly at the admission stage itself.
