HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet M. C. C. No. 41 of 2019 Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank and another Versus Rajesh Verma and others Mr. S. S. Baghel, counsel for the applicants. Mr. Avinash Choubey, counsel for the respondent. 21.01.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 06.09.2018 passed in WPS No. 3348/2018. The aforesaid writ petition got disposed of vide order dated 06.09.2018 with a direction to the respondents therein for issuance of suitable order under Sub-clause 4 of clause 29 of the Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank Officers and Employees Service Regulations, 2007. The respondents were granted 45 days for compliance of the said order.

According to the counsel for the applicants, the compliance could not be done as the applicants could not collect the relevant records on account of the merger of the applicant bank.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court reluctantly grants further 2 months time to the applicants to comply with the directives given by this Court in WPS No. 3348 of 2010.

It is made clear that the applicants would not be granted any further extension without sufficient reasons. The authority concerned should take all necessary steps ensuring the compliance of the order passed by this Court. With the aforesaid observation, the MCC stands allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
