Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay Agrawal Order On Board 13.12.2018 1.

By way of this petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to the concerned trial Court for early disposal of Criminal Case No. 815/2016 owing to the old age of the petitioner. 2.

Perusal of the entire order sheets commencing with effect from 30.12.2016 would show that the matter is adjourning one way or the

other and that by considering the age of the Petitioner, I am of the view that this matter deserves to be decided as early as possible. 3.

Consequently, the petition is allowed and the concerned trial Court is hereby directed to decide this criminal case initiated on the basis of complaint lodged by the petitioner in relation to the Crime No. 440/2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as early as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of furnishing the certified copy of this order.
