1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Shri Rajnish Singh Baghel, Counsel for the Respondent No. 03 has produced a document which is a deposit slip of payment of amount of Rs. 3,52,133/- deposited in the bank account of the petitioner/applicant.
2. According to the counsel for the Respondent No. 03, the said amount is the salary for the maternity leave for the entire period of maternity leave.
-23. Under the circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the substantive grievance of the applicant stands redressed.
4. Reserving the right of the applicant to avail other remedies available to him, in case, if he is still aggrieved by any action on the part of the respondent.
