The petitioner in the present writ petition working as a part time sweeper at the Government Ayurveda Aushdhalay Mokhpal, District Dantewada since 19.08.1993. Petitioner as such more than 25 years of continues service with the respondents. Contention of the petitioner is that though the petitioner was designated as part time sweeper, they are infact working for the respondents for the whole day. He submits, there are vacancies available in the department and the respondents can consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the light of the circular dated 5/3/2008.

Given the nature of dispute and claim put forth by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No. 2 is directed

to look into the matter and consider whether the services of the petitioner can be regularized or not in view of the circular dated 5/3/2008 and subsequent circulars passed by General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh pertaining to regularization. Let this exercise be done within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach respondent No. 2 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
