Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 25/11/2019

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Project, Odgi, District Surajpur to Integrated Child Development Project, Kartala, District Korba vide order dated 08.11.2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner contends that she has served for more than 34 years in the scheduled area and is left with only 15 months of service and at the fag end the petitioner may not be transferred to other scheduled area.

3. Perused the documents and considering the fact that the petitioner has already served for more than 34 years in a scheduled area.

4. Considering the grievance raised by the petitioner and since the petitioner has again been transferred to scheduled area and she is left with only 15 months of service, the petitioner will be at liberty to make a representation to Grievance Redressal Committee within 15 days from today. The representation so made shall be decided within a further period of 45 days.

5. Parties are directed to maintain status quo, as on toady, with respect to the petitioner, till the representation is decided.
