1. This is the Second Bail Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on 06.08.2018 in connection with Crime No.09/2018 registered at Police Station Adim Jati Kalyan, Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506, 384 IPC, Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2. The earlier bail application was dismissed on 17.09.2018 vide M.Cr.C. No.6078 of 2018 now again this repeat bail application has been filed. Learned counsel

for the applicant is unable to explain any change of circumstances so as to consider this repeat bail application which has been moved within a short span of time.
