1. Heard on MCC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 17.10.2019 passed in WPS No. 8523 of 2019, Para 2 & 3 has wrongly been written, as no ground of the like nature was raised.

3. Perused the original documents filled in the writ petition, it appears that on some wrong presumption, some typographical mistake has been occurred in Para 2 & 3 of the order dated 17.10.2019 passed in WPS No. 8523 of 2019 ;

therefore, Para 2 & 3 of order dated 17.10.2019 are directed to be deleted.

4. Considering the fact that the transfer has been made in the mid session and further taking into the document i.e. fees receipt of the children. It is ordered that petitioner may file a fresh representation within a period of 15 days from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee, constituted to hear the cases of transfer and if the representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the transfer order with respect to the petitioner may not be given effect to.

5. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
