1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner was initially placed under suspension vide order dated 24.11.2016. For more than 2 years, the petitioner remained under suspension. The petitioner had to file the writ petition i.e. WPS No. 2358/2018 and which this Court disposed off on 16.03.2018 directing the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner, so far as suspension is concerned, and pass an order taking a decision as to whether there was any necessity in continuing the suspension of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 16.03.2018, the respondents have vide order dated 07.06.2018

revoked the order of suspension and the petitioner is presently attached to the office of the Janpad Panchayat, Masturi, District Bilaspur.

3. The petitioner further submits that since his order of suspension has been revoked, she has neither been paid the salary, nor has she been granted any proper posting. For this, the petitioner has already made a representation vide Annexure P/1 marked to the respondent No.4. He prays that an appropriate direction be given to the respondent no.4 to take a decision on the representation at the earliest, pertaining to her grievance.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that let the respondent No.4 take a decision, whether the services of the petitioner is required in the office of the Janpad Panchayat, Masturi or she has to be posted elsewhere in the light of the order of suspension having being revoked w.e.f. 07.06.2018.

5. It is also ordered that the respondent No.4 shall also ensure that the petitioner is paid her entire salary, that she would be entitled for from the date her suspension order has been revoked.

6. Let the respondent No.4 take a decision in this regard within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

7. It shall be the duty of the petitioner to appraise the respondent No.4, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
