1. Heard.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially transferred by an order dated 13/08/2019 from Tahsil Kharsiya, District Raigarh to the Office of Collector Land Record Branch, Bilaspur. Thereafter, he joined the place of transfer on 01/10/2019. Subsequently by the impugned order again on 06/11/2019 the petitioner has been transferred from Collector, Land Record Branch, Bilaspur to Collector Land Record Branch, Mungeli within

one month. It is contended that if the petitioner was surplus then he should not have been transferred earlier and it would be frequent transfer as the petitioner only joined on 01/10/2019.

3. Considering the fact, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today to the respondent No.2. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days, if the transfer order of the petitioner has not been given effect to till date, the same shall be stayed, till the representation is decided.

4. With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Jyoti
