1. In course of hearing it transpired that the petitioner is required to challenge the validity of the amendment made by the State Government in Rule 66 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Rules, 1994.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to challenge the validity of the Rules and seek consequential relief thereafter.
