1. The instant petition has been filed for not taking any action against the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 26.09.2018 before respondent No.1.

2. The perusal of the pleadings and the report shows that initial report has not been made to the concerned police station, therefore, the liberty is given to the petitioner to make such report before the concerned police station and if such report is made and cognizable offence is found then the police is expected to carry out the investigation as per the directions given in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others {(2014) 2 SCC 1}.
