The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 02/2018 registered at Police Station - Khamaria for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant's first & second bail applications were dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 16.04.2018 & 4.10.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. Nos. 1517 of 2018 & M.Cr.C. No. 7519 of 2018, respectively.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second application. Thus, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial Certified copy, as per rules.
