The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 251/2017 registered at Police Station - Modhapara, Raipur, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act, 1985. 2.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 23.04.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1894 of 2018. 3.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
