1) The present appeal i.e. CRA No. 1977 of 2019 and previously filed appeal CRA No. 1599 of 2019 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 06.09.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Koriya (Baikunthpur) (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No. 90/2017. Previously filed appeal i.e. CRA No. 1599 of 2019 has been preferred by the same appellant namely Ram Kumar through his counsel Pushkar Sinha

whereas subsequent appeal i.e. CRA No. 1977 of 2019 is filed on behalf of same appellant through High Court Legal Services Committee. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal i.e. CRA No. 1977 of 2019 is dismissed as not maintainable.

2) List CRA No. 1599 of 2019 for final hearing in the week commencing 21.02.2022.

3) Registry is directed to publish the name of Mr. Pushkar Sinha & Ms. Bulbul Agrawal, Advocates as counsel for the appellant in the cause list.
