1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier his first bail application was rejected vide order dated 03/01/2019 passed in MCRC No. 8691/2018.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible. Trial Court is also directed to submit date-wise progress report of the trial in every two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to send a copy of this order to concerned trial Court.
