1. The only grievance which the petitioner has raised in the instant Writ Petition is that, though he has retired from service on 31.12.2017, but the respondents have not released his retiral dues that were payable to him as per the circular of the State Government dated 06.11.2017 and 08.08.2018.
2. Perusal of record would show that, there had been repeated
-2representations made by the petitioner to the authorities concerned which too have not till date been decided.
3. In the given facts, let the Respondents No. 02 and 03 scrutinize the case of the petitioner so far as grant of retiral dues are concerned, in accordance with the circular dated 06.11.2017 and 08.08.2018. In case, if the petitioner is entitled for any dues in addition to what has already been granted, the same be released to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No. 02 and 03 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
