1. Grievance of the petitioner is that though he was appointed as Accountant in the office of Janpad Panchayat in the year 2010 on contractual basis, yet his services were extended till 2019. However, all of a sudden without giving any opportunity of hearing or conducting enquiry, service of the petitioner was terminated vide order dated 29.05.2019 (Annexur P-1) which is under challenge in this writ petition. It is contended that looking to the work performance of the petitioner, either he would have been absorbed in service or his service would have been further extended but instead straight away the order of termination was passed without following the rules of natural justice.

2. Learned counsel submits that at present in order to collect the factual aspects, the petitioner has made several representations and without there being any factual aspects the petitioner cannot project any reasonable legal ground, therefore, respondent no.3 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner by a speaking order so that the further course of action may be followed.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation(s) of the petitioner which is pending consideration by passing a reasoned order, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order.
