The counsel for the respondent after entering appearance submitted his reply intimating the Court that, the order passed by this Court has already stood complied with vide order dated 26/09/2017, a copy of which is enclosed with the instant Contempt Petition as Annexure-R/1. 2.

In the light of the document so enclosed the counsel for the petitioner also admits of the compliance having been done, this Court is of the opinion that, no fruitful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the Contempt Petition.
