2. The petitioner's application for enhancement of the amount of compensation offered to him upon acquisition of his land by the the National Highway Authorities is pending consideration before the Arbitrator appointed under Section 3G(5) of the

National Highways Act, 1996 i.e. the Additional Collector, Dhamtari (respondent No.2).

3. In view of the pendency of the proceedings before the Arbitrator, parallel writ petition cannot be entertained, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Arbitrator to decide the pending application of the petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of service of certified copy of this order.
