The instant Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 4374/2013 d/on 30/04/2018. 2.

The counsel for the respondent have entered appearance and filed detailed reply and have produced a document to show that the retiral dues payable to the petitioner has been calculated with interest @ 9% per annum and therefore submits that the order passed by this Court stands fully complied with.

At this juncture, the counsel for the petitioner submits that, the amount given by the respondent does not seem to be a proper calculation and the same would require verification.

Given the submission made by the counsel for the respondent so also the document enclosed along with the reply filed by them, this Court is of the opinion that, prima-facie, substantial compliance seems to have been done by the respondent and as such no further contempt survives. 5.

As far as the claim of the petitioner is concerned, so far as the calculation being proper or not, the right of the petitioner stands reserved for getting the said amount duly verified as per the rules governing the field and in case if there is any difference of amount yet to be recovered from the respondent, the petitioner would be free to raise the claim afresh for the difference before the respondent by way of a detailed representation with relevant records.

On such representation being filed, the respondent shall duly consider the same and take appropriate steps.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant Contempt Petition stands disposed off.
