1. The petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Center, Mandir Hasaud Vikas Khand Arang, Distt. Raipur to Sub-Primary Health Center Raveli, Vikas Khand Abhanpur, Distt. Raipur.

2. It is contended that one post of ANM exists at the transferred place Raveli wherein one Anjana Devnath has been transferred and the husband of the petitioner is working in Electricity Department at Raipur and he is suffering from Ulcer, Liver and heart diseases etc. Therefore, as per the policy of the State, the wife and husband are kept at the same place. It is also submitted that since one post exists the petitioner's transfer may be cancelled.

3. Perused the documents. Considering the grounds mentioned in the petition, this writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the concerned respondents raising all her grievances within a period of 3 weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 30 days from the date of submission of such representation.
