The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 27/2018 registered at Police Station - Sakri, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act, 1985.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 25.06.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3387 of 2018. 3.

The applicant's second bail application was allowed by this Court only for a period of three months i.e. from 29-9-2018 to 29-12-2018 vide order dated 28.09.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6491 of 2018.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third application. Thus, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
