1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has requested for inter company transfer from SECL to ECL and Mr. Dhaneshwar Mandal (Respondent No. 8) is agreeable to be transferred to SECL.

2. Learned counsel for SECL would submit that inter company transfer are dependent on certain documents such as 3 years ACR, attendance, consent to work at underground mines or on other fields etc. It is stated that the said consent letter from ECL is still awaited and as soon as it is received it will be sent to Coal India Ltd. and the parent company will take the decision on it.

3. Considering the submission made by the counsel for SECL, it is directed that the SECL shall be obliged to complete the proceedings to send the documents as soon as it is received from ECL within a reasonable time. Thereafter the further course of action would follow within a reasonable time without shelving the matter.
