1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is working as Project Officer has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Project, Shankargarh, District Balrampur to Integrated Child Development Project, Odgi, District Surajpur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 61 years and only about one year or little more time is left for her retirement and with the transfer the change of service book would be effected which would eventually cause problem in payment of retiral dues. It is submitted that the petitioner is at the fag end of the service, therefore, her transfer may be canceled, as normally as per the transfer

policy, the persons who are left with a year of service are placed in their home district or any alternative district of their choice as per clause 1.8.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 61 years and she is going to be retired in one year and few months, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 15 days and the Committee in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then, the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
